Home Gallery declares its compliance with the ethical and legal principles established by Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act). The integration of Artificial Intelligence systems into our processes is carried out in strict compliance with fundamental rights and user safety.

Pursuant to Art. 50 of the Regulation, users interacting with AI systems (chatbots, virtual assistants) are informed that:

• Artificial Nature: The interlocutor in the initial support chats is an automated system.
• Synthetic Content: Texts and descriptions may be generated or assisted by generative AI; such content is always subject to human review and validation.

No decision-making process with legal or significant effects on the individual is entirely delegated to the algorithm. The Company guarantees constant human oversight in order to prevent risks of bias, errors, or discrimination, ensuring that the final decision-making authority always remains with qualified operators.

The AI modules used are classified according to the risk levels established by the AI Act. For low-risk systems (e.g., text assistance), transparency and control measures are adopted; for functions with a higher impact, impact assessments, continuous monitoring, and periodic audits are applied, ensuring decision traceability and providing channels for contestation.

Where technically applicable, AI-generated or AI-assisted content is labeled and/or watermarked to ensure its synthetic nature is recognizable, in compliance with transparency obligations and industry best practices.
